Terms of Service

Welcome to Kasb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kasb websites, products, and services — including Kasb Radar and Kasb PathFinder (collectively, the "Service") — operated by Zacreation LLC ("Kasb", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, with its address at 2105 Vista Oeste Nw Ste E, # 3096, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, USA.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Kasb Is

Kasb is an educational technology platform. We currently operate two products:

• Kasb Radar — a live map of online income paths, tracking what's surging, what's saturated, and where to start. It provides market data, learning resources, and AI-powered guidance.
• Kasb PathFinder — a personalized diagnostic that maps your skills, personality, and goals to the three online income paths most likely to fit you. Results are delivered as a dossier via email and/or WhatsApp.

Neither Kasb Radar nor Kasb PathFinder is an investment platform, employment agency, financial advisor, or guarantor of income. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Service. By using Kasb Radar you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to paid features — whether Kasb Radar (data access) or Kasb PathFinder (your personalized dossier) — is tied to the WhatsApp number and/or email you provide at purchase. You are responsible for keeping these credentials accurate and confidential. Sharing access, access codes, or PathFinder dossiers with third parties is prohibited and may result in suspension.

4. Purchases & Billing

• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Kasb Radar and Kasb PathFinder are sold as one-time purchases. Any recurring offer will be clearly disclosed before payment.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Kasb Radar — including text, data, charts, code, designs, logos, and AI-generated outputs presented within the Service — is owned by Zacreation LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your own learning and decision-making. No other rights are granted.

7. AI & Data Disclaimer

Both Kasb Radar and Kasb PathFinder use AI and aggregated public data to surface trends, matches, and recommendations. While we work hard to keep this information accurate and up to date, market conditions change quickly and AI outputs can contain errors. PathFinder dossiers are educational diagnostics, not professional career or financial advice. You should independently verify anything material before acting on it.

8. No Income Guarantee

We do not promise that you will earn money by using Kasb Radar or Kasb PathFinder. Results depend on your effort, skill, consistency, and external market factors outside our control. Any earnings examples, screenshots, sample dossiers, or case studies are illustrative — not typical or guaranteed.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe for payments, WhatsApp for delivery, freelance marketplaces referenced in our content). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity (including chargebacks made in bad faith). Where appropriate we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zacreation LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
