• Contact details — name, email address, WhatsApp number, country.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation, last 4 digits, and billing country, but not your full card number.
• PathFinder responses — answers you provide during the diagnostic process (skills, goals, preferences).
• Support messages — anything you send us via email, WhatsApp, or other channels.

Collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, paths opened, AI questions asked, session duration.
• Device data — browser type, approximate location (from IP), referrer URL.
• Cookies & local storage — to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the Service (e.g., unlock Kasb Radar access tied to your WhatsApp number, or generate your Kasb PathFinder dossier).
• To process payments and prevent fraud, via Stripe.
• To deliver PathFinder results, Radar updates, and follow-up support via email and WhatsApp.
• To improve our products — understand which paths and matches are most useful, fix bugs, refine AI guidance.
• To send transactional messages (purchase confirmations, access codes, dossier delivery, important updates).
• To send optional educational or promotional content, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
