Refund & Guarantee Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Kasb. This policy explains our refund window, what is and isn't covered, and how to request a refund. It applies to all one-time purchases of Kasb Radar and Kasb PathFinder made on our websites, operated by Zacreation LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (USA).

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Kasb isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund 100% of what you paid — no awkward questions, no hoops.

This applies to Kasb Radar (Data Access), Kasb PathFinder (your personalized dossier), and any bundle combining the two.

2. What's Covered

• You're inside the 14-day window from the purchase date on your Stripe receipt.
• You bought directly from kasb.life (not through a third-party reseller).
• You contact us using the email or WhatsApp number tied to your purchase.

3. What's Not Covered

• Refund requests made after the 14-day window.
• Purchases where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, mass-scraping the Radar database, sharing access codes or PathFinder dossiers publicly, or repeated buy-then-refund behavior.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us. Please email us first — it's almost always faster than disputing through your bank.

4. PathFinder — Special Note

Because Kasb PathFinder produces a personalized dossier delivered to you, refund requests are still honored within the 14-day window — but we may ask one brief question about what didn't land, purely so we can improve the product. You are not required to answer to receive your refund. Once refunded, your dossier and any continued PathFinder support are revoked.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email Hello@kasb.life with:

• The email address used at checkout.
• The WhatsApp number tied to your access (if any).
• The approximate date of purchase.

6. Processing Time

• We confirm receipt of refund requests within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once refunded, access to Kasb Radar data and/or Kasb PathFinder results is revoked.

7. Our Support Guarantee

Beyond the money-back guarantee, we genuinely want you to get value. If you're stuck — picking a path, getting set up, figuring out next steps — message us first. In many cases a 5-minute reply solves the problem, and you keep the product. We'd rather help than refund, but we're happy to do either.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
